For over 16 years, K&R Cleaning Inc. has been a trusted name in commercial cleaning services throughout the Bay Area. Known for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they aimed to expand their market reach through a robust online presence. This study case explores the strategic development of their new website, which includes 16 targeted landing pages for Northern California cities, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement through effective web and UI/UX design, branding, and SEO.

The objective for K&R Cleaning Inc. was to create a visually appealing and functional website from scratch that aligns with the new brand identity while ensuring an optimal user experience. The process began with developing wireframes and design mockups, incorporating brand colors, fonts, and imagery to establish a cohesive visual identity. To enhance user engagement, we conducted user research to understand the target audience’s needs and preferences, followed by designing intuitive navigation and interactive elements. Ensuring the design was responsive and user-friendly was a priority, and usability testing was performed to refine the user experience further. LANDING PAGES FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA CITIES
To optimize K&R Cleaning Inc.'s website for search engines and increase visibility, a comprehensive SEO strategy was implemented. This involved conducting keyword research to identify relevant search terms, structuring website content and metadata for SEO, and applying on-page SEO best practices such as internal linking and alt text for images. Additionally, 16 targeted landing pages were developed for key cities in Northern California. The most important cities were identified through market analysis, and tailored content was created for each landing page to address local search queries and needs. Each landing page was meticulously optimized for SEO to improve local visibility and attract targeted traffic. As a result, the website experienced improved search engine rankings, increased organic traffic, and higher conversion rates.
